This course will cover the presentation and causes of Torticollis and in particular, Congenital Muscular Torticollis (CMT). We will look at the most reliable parameters for measuring and monitoring progress of CMT. Most recent best practice for treatment approaches will be discussed and the importance of early diagnosis and treatment for best outcomes will be presented.
A practical demonstration will involve osteopathic techniques for the treatment of CMT along with a supportive homecare exercise programme for parents.
